2020 Three Rivers Shootout

This year we will have 4 boys divisions 7/8, 5/6, 3/4, and 1/2.

Welcome to the 2020 Three Rivers Shootout Tournament! Registration occurs in two rounds. Round one gives priority to teams attending the previous year to register again and will conducted as an invitational. The second round opens registration on February 15th to additional teams wishing to attend.
Registration is limited to 1 team per division and preference will be given to clubs registering a team in all four divisions. There are more invitations sent out than slots, so register early as spots are not saved or guaranteed (even if you have always attended the Shootout). Due to the popularity of this even and lack of additional field space, teams not registering for all divisions may be waitlisted.
- Rosters will be required to be submitted through TeamSnap this year.
- Each team will be required to have a Sideline Manager as well as Scorekeeper.
- Waivers will be posted as soon as they are available
- Rules will be posted no later than March 15th
- A block of reserved hotel rooms has been made at several local hotels, see hotel tab for more information.
The 2020 Shootout features a tournament style format with a four-game guarantee. 3 pool play games will be held on Saturday to place teams in to blue and orange brackets for single elimination action. ¾ and ½ will play 7 v 7. ½ Division will play running clock along with tournament time and be coach officiated. ½ Division does not participate in playoff but will have at least one game on Sunday.
Sunday will be playoff bracket play for divisions ¾, 5/6, and 7/8 with 1 game guaranteed. The winning team in the blue and orange brackets will receive team medals and a trophy. Second place team in each bracket will receive a trophy.
Payment must be made in full by March 15th to prevent cancellation of your registration. Teams that need to cancel can do so before March 15th minus $100 fee (excluding ½ Division). Teams cancelling after March 15 forfeit their registration fees.
Teams will be registered based on date of registration and number of teams registered. Priority will be given to clubs bringing a team in all divisions. Final designations will be made as close to March 1st as possible (sooner if able) and will be notified via e-mail.
